Our family was recently involved in an especially unfortunate divorce situation. While we have always loved our daughter, she has made horrible life decisions over the years. These decisions have put her two children in unsafe conditions , while in her care. We needed to act. We needed someone we could trust to gather vital evidence for the court proceedings.
Without the help of Jon & Lance with Rhino Surveillance, there would have been no way to prove to the court that the children's lives were in danger, their locations were being hidden from their father, the children were being instructed to lie to their father, and other unwanted visitors were in the home while the father was at work.
Due to the dedication, expertise, and relentless hard work of Rhino Surveillance, full custody was easily granted to their father. Without their report, he would not have been awarded custody. I reached out to Jon about doing a one day job and it turned into a 60 day job due to his incredible work ethic and the ability to “blend in” to capture the information that was needed. Jon and teams are such good investigators that they were able to identify a pattern follow that pattern for two months which ultimately ended up with a treasure trove of information. Jon’s advice about the case was spot on at all times! At first, I didn’t wanna listen to him, but I did and he delivered exactly what he promised! He was able to view the whole chessboard as I at the time was only looking at one piece. His advice was invaluable & insightful. On top of their excellent surveillance skills, Jon is a very compassionate and caring person. He really understood what I was going through and took the time to call me even when he wasn’t working on my case to check in and see how I was was doing . This truly meant a lot to me and it was an incredible gesture! His kind words and friendly advice really helped me through a tough time and I truly appreciate it! Jon and his team are amazing !
